Lisa March, Founder & Managing Partner

Since 2007, Lisa has grown PIP from a one-woman shop to a large team of managing partners, project managers and associates. Working with many of the best known brands in higher education and brightest startups in educational technology, Lisa has assembled and led teams that have consistently delivered double-digit growth outpacing industry standards. Prior to co-founding PIP, she held the positions of sales representative, technology specialist, executive district manager and national sales manager for several major industry players. She also taught computer literacy and business courses at a community college for five years, further broadening her perspective.


Kevin O’Sullivan, Managing Partner

Since joining PIP in 2010, Kevin has been instrumental in tripling our portfolio of clients. He identifies potential in untapped markets, and understands how to attract and deploy the right talent to execute sales strategies in those markets. Kevin came to PIP from Pearson Education, where his top-performing sales teams were recognized as the fastest-growing segments in the company, averaging 50% increases year over year. He was honored for his consistent high performance over four consecutive years as a member of Pearson’s Leadership Council.

Charlotte Davies, Executive Project Manager

Charlotte is a business development and sales superstar with a record of success at SchoolChapters, Inc., Peoples Education, and McGraw-Hill Education, exceeding her sales goal 4 out of 5 years. Skilled at building relationships, discovering client needs, and creating effective solutions, Charlotte works on a variety of ed tech market and business development projects at PIP.

Amber Conti, Senior Project Manager

A founding member of PIP, Amber brings considerable expertise in market development and research, and has covered a variety of open territories. She has also been a senior lead for customer service initiatives, and has been instrumental in helping customers build online homework and support.

Meg Cameron, Senior Project Manager

Meg has worked everything from market development to content development projects since starting at PIP in 2012. She regularly manages several projects at once and often handles HR, invoicing, and other administrative responsibilities. As Meg like to put it, she’s done “a little bit of everything” while at PIP. In her spare time Meg is working towards her MA in English Literature.

Jean Downs, Instructional Designer

Jean Downs is an instructional designer and project manager for PIP. She was previously the Dean of Institutional Effectiveness and Assessment at Del Mar College in Corpus Christi, Texas. In addition to teaching undergraduate psychology courses, she has coordinated academic and co-curricular learning outcomes assessment, program review, and accreditation reporting for five years within the mission of the community college. She is a Ph.D. candidate in the School of Education, Instructional Design for Online Learning specialization at Capella University.  Prior to her work in higher education, Jean was a medical-surgical oncology nurse.

Stacy Corso, Senior Project Manager

Stacy has over a decade of experience in financial services as an executive assistant/assistant to financial consultants and backup for operations manager for RBC Dain Rauscher Wealth Management. She joined PIP in 2007, where she oversees our administrative and managerial functions, and serves as project manager for clients.

Ryan Einarson

Ryan Einarson, Project Manager

Ryan is our customer service rep that has a wicked eye for design. Since joining PIP in 2015, Ryan has contributed his talents to administrative projects, customer service, content creation, and design projects.

Shawn Batchelder

Shawn Batchelder, Project Manager

Born and raised here in Connecticut, Shawn brings a unique energy to the team. His charisma, humor, and determination helps keep the PIP team motivated. With six years of military service in the United States Army, and a History degree from Eastern Connecticut State University, Shawn presents himself in a way that brings that friendly touch to the company. He always places the customer first and works tirelessly to ensure the best experience for educators of all kind.

Maegan Kimball

Maegan Kimball, Market Research & Market Development

Maegan holds a BSBA from Nichols College and has over 10 years of sales and customer service experience. Maegan joined PIP in 2013 and has successfully filled many different roles for a variety of projects. These projects include market development and research. lead generation, customer support for web-based programs, designing and implementing onboarding programs for publishing companies, and developing customer retention programs.

Devin Coleman-Ganley

Devin Coleman-Ganley, Project Manager

Devin joined the PIP team in 2014 shortly after earning her B.A. in English: writing and mass communications at Assumption College. Devin has spent most of her time at PIP working on a wide variety of projects including customer service and market research. Her focus has been on the implementation of onboarding programs to help instructors utilize different online educational and homework platforms.

Dan Koval

Dan Koval, Project Manager

Dan began his career at PIP in 2014 after studying History at the University of Connecticut. Dan can do it all. He has worked on a number of projects ranging from business development to tech support/implementation. Currently, he is in touch with his more creative side as our Team Lead creating instructional videos that support our partners and faculty in learning digital platforms. When Dan is working on instructional videos, he tries to keep a steady hand on his video camera while skydiving.

Jenna DAmico

Jenna D'Amico, Inside Sales Representative

Jenna came to PIP in 2016 shortly after earning her B.A in Communication from Central Connecticut State University (CCSU).

While at CCSU, Jenna managed social media campaigns for the university. Since joining PIP, Jenna has been a Top Performer on the Inside Sales Team. Here projects are focused on helping our clients in the shift from print to digital. Her claim to fame is driving 1M in revenue for one our flagship clients in just 12 weeks. When Jenna is driving sales she is driving usage of digital products and is LOVED by her professors. Jenna brings a positive and can-do attitude to the office and is always eager to learn new projects and work with new clients

Kait Verrengia

Kait Verrengia, Project Manager

Kait has done everything from customer service to project management since joining the PIP team in 2016. She is skilled in client communication, organization and always puts the customer first. She regularly manages several projects at one time and keeps the PIP team motivated with her positive attitude.

Courtney Davis

Courtney Davis, Team Lead - Senior Project Manager

Courtney comes to us with a successful background in both k12 and higher education sales. She is skilled at understanding and developing customer needs and, in turn, collaborating with internal teams to make each project a success. As important, she skillfully leads implementation programs to ensure that all parties achieve objectives. Her sales expertise, tireless work ethic and ability to close complex, technology-based business make her a critical member of the PIP team driving growth of new and established products.

Jennifer Bouchard

Jennifer Bouchard, Sr. Director, Academic services

Jennifer is the Sr. Director, Academic services for PIP. Previously, she directed an instructional design and multimedia team for a private, east coast university, where she was a full-time faculty member in the School of Education, as well. She also has experience working in the NGO/non-profit and corporate sectors holding knowledge management, training and development, and technology positions. At PIP, Jennifer oversees instructional design, instructional technology, multimedia, and market research and development projects. Jennifer holds an M.Ed. in Instructional Technology and has completed doctoral coursework in education.

In addition to our full-time staff, Partner in Publishing has several full-time and part-time consultants and contractors who add to the depth and the breadth of the services we provide to our clients. Our team of consultants and contractors have skills and expertise in areas of Instructional Design, Sales and Business Development, and Marketing Strategy, Operations and Demand Generation. The consultants play integral roles on the PIP team and we are pleased to have them as part of the extended organization and PIP family.
